The temperatures today were alot lot cooler due to strong winds. However this did not stop the Tuxford Clan from skiing. AND ski well they most certainly did. Following the various groups around and watching them from the chair lifts, their technique is impressively good as they motor around the Nevada and California pistes.
Not only that but now they are looking to jump off little lips and edges. Amazing fun!!!!!
The California side of Heavenly mountain boasts great tree runs, world class terrain parks and a half pipe which they call the SUPERPIPE!!!!!!!!!!!
Falling over is part and parcel of the fun. It really is impressive the rate at which the students are skiing with good technique.
The enthusiasm at the hotel is vibrant. Tonight we are going to a Beatles tribute band in one of the casinos. Voted by popular demand.
