
Mrs Stollery's role in school is: Managing and leading the school in its promotion of Social Inclusion, recognising good practice and its integration into the school. Putting in place strategies of support alongside colleagues to enable pupils to achieve targets and personal goals. Monitoring pupil attendance and data, updating and implementing the Attendance Policy and procedures, supporting pupil attendance and addressing absence. Supporting pupil admission, transfer and integration. Linking with Primary Schools to support successful new pupil transition. Maintaining effective home school liaision. Working closely with parents and carers to support pupils, especially those who are vulnerable, have additional learning or behavioural issues, or who perhaps for a short time need an extra bit of support. Liaising with Key Agencies supporting pupils access individual packages of education and skills where appropriate. Facilitator and convenor of Case Reviews and Multi Agency Meetings. Working in Partnership voluntary and statutory agencies. Working closely with Phase Teams, Pupil Welfare and Progress Leaders, SENCO and Student Support Centre and liaising with relevant staff. A Child Protection Trainer and member of Notts ACPC facilitating Inter-Agency Child Protection training. The Named Person for Child Protection and Looked After children in school. Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of children from abuse and supporting those children identified as being 'in need'. Promoting Race Equality and equality issues. Maintaining and updating the school's Race Equality policy.
